These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7g7 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7g7 ("7g7", "we", "us", "the Platform"). This Agreement governs all use of the 7g7 website located at https://7g7.pro, all related services, betting markets, casino games, promotions, payment transactions, and any other features made available through the 7g7 platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the 7g7 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. 7g7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Who may open and use a 7g7 account.
To register a 7g7 account, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 21 years of age;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- Are not prohibited from participating in online betting or gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
- Are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
- Will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and will maintain that information throughout your account's lifetime;
- Have not previously had a 7g7 account closed or suspended for a violation of these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one (1) 7g7 account. Duplicate accounts — including multiple accounts registered with different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or personal details for the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7g7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account — regardless of whether it was performed by you personally — is your responsibility. You must notify 7g7 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

7g7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are published on the cashier page.
Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 7g7 account within five (5) minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank card deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes during periods of high network traffic. 7g7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile financial service providers.
Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a target timeframe of fifteen (15) minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions during standard business hours. Requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may be processed on the next working day. 7g7 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, and to suspend withdrawal processing where fraud or money-laundering activity is suspected.
Funds ownership: You may only deposit funds that are legally yours. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited. 7g7 reserves the right to request documentation proving ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide such documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds.
Currency: All transactions are conducted in BDT. 7g7 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required at the payment gateway level is the sole responsibility of the payment provider and any resulting exchange losses are borne by the Player.
Unclaimed balances: Account balances that remain dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, with no login, deposit, or wagering activity, may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee as described in the Fee Schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
7g7 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Offers & Promotions page, which form part of this Agreement.
Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Players must complete the full wagering requirement within the specified validity period; bonus funds that remain unwagered at expiry will be removed from the account without notice.
Bonus eligibility: Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 7g7 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus — and any winnings generated from that bonus — if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the bonus was claimed or wagered in a manner consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
One bonus per player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is entitled to claim a given promotion only once. This limit applies per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim additional bonuses will be treated as duplicate accounts and closed.
7g7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in but before the relevant bonus has been credited, the Player will be notified and any qualifying deposit will be treated as a regular deposit subject to standard terms.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
Sports betting: All sports bets placed on the 7g7 platform are subject to the applicable sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between these general Terms & Conditions and the Sportsbook Rules on a sports-betting matter, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail.
Casino games: All casino games — including slots, live casino, table games, crash games, and video poker — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, BGaming, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by that game's in-game documentation. 7g7 is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or malfunctions originating within third-party game software.
Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnection during a live game round, or display errors — 7g7 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund wagers to the Player's account. Wins generated as a direct result of a software malfunction, a display error, or odds published in error are not valid and will not be paid.
Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. 7g7 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including applying individual account-level limits where warranted.
Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 7g7. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 7g7 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, advantage play, or where accepting the bet would be contrary to applicable rules.
6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
7g7 provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, reality check notifications, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are available free of charge within your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.
Self-exclusion: A voluntary self-exclusion locks your 7g7 account for a minimum period of six (6) months. During a self-exclusion period, 7g7 will make reasonable efforts to ensure that no marketing communications are sent to the excluded player. Account closure: You may request closure of your 7g7 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to identity verification. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Actions that will result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Fraud and Misrepresentation
Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen payment methods or fraudulent identity documents.
Money Laundering
Using the 7g7 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity, or in any manner that constitutes money laundering under applicable law.
Collusion and Match Fixing
Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, engaging in chip dumping, or placing bets on sporting events that you have reason to believe are fixed or manipulated.
Automated Betting and Scripting
Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the 7g7 platform in a non-human manner without prior written authorisation from 7g7.
Exploiting Software Errors
Knowingly exploiting a bug, glitch, or miscalculated odds to generate winnings. Any such winnings are void. Players who identify errors are expected to report them to support without exploiting them.
Abuse of Support or Staff
Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward 7g7 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
8. Intellectual Property, Liability, and Governing Law
Intellectual property: All content on the 7g7 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of 7g7 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 7g7 content without express written permission.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7g7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or service interruption. 7g7's total liability in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7g7 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or from your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Governing law: These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any disputes arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 7g7 support shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7g7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
